History proves that our mind is more worthful than other god's creature. Science also proves that our mind discovers new great ideas. But present generation and new advanced life not enable us to remain like happy when we were in child age. Today many of us admit into over thinking.
1. Anxiety.
2. Depression.
3. Insomnia.
4. Paralysis.
These are the effects which comes due to over thinking.
What is Over thinking?
Over thinking is a state of not taking decisions properly, outcome of this we tend to remain in a state of thinking, this is simply called as Over thinking.
Reason for over thinking:
1. Low self confidence.
2. Self consciousness.
3. Decision paralysis.
To resolve this reasons;
If you have low self confidence, if you often doing mistakes or if you often scolding by parents or if you are in lack of focus.!
You just need to learn from all the mistakes. If you often doing mistakes just think that you are doing something to know more.
If you are often scolded by your parents just remind that they are the only parents they have the full rights to scold you or teach you or beat you. If you did anything wrong, parents remind you to correct them. Don't respond to their words immediately and also don't take their words too seriously. Remain neutral, don't go for immediate reaction and also don't go for over thinking. Just sit and relax, if you made it wrong then correct next time. Your parents will applaud you surely.
If you are in lack of focus, try new methods for improving concentration. Doing meditation it can help you better.
If you are in more self consciousness don't be in the same state of self consciousness, in this world no one really cares you of what you are doing and what you are not doing. Sometimes they watch you and sometimes didn't. so don't care about others.
If you are in lack of decision making, if you are in decision paralysis, just apply whatever your decision is. In this world nothing is perfect so don't worry about whether your decision will be good or bad.
Suggestions to overcome from overthinking;
1. Seek guidance information from correct source.
2. Write down your positives and negatives. it will really help you to go further in your life.
3. Set a deadline to take decision. Don't take too much time for taking any decisions whether it's for future purpose or present purpose.
Negative thoughts;
If your mind is thinking more about negative thoughts, it's just waste of energy of your whole body. Do meditation, be disciplined in your goals, be punctual in all things. Try to quit from bad sources, which feeds you about Negative thoughts.

This is bad. His death shows that big fame, more money nothing can help our mind while our mind in depression.
So, don't go for fame , money or any materialistic things just go for love and go with your love to others. If anyone giving hand while we are in depression those are the real persons who loves you most. So, remain a normal human with huge love!.
